Back in the 2000s, emos and scene kids were a regular sight. Xavier spent his teenage years driving a 2005 Volvo, blasting Falling in Reverse, the seats stained with spilled Monster energy and beer, while he drove his friends to the mall to go get pics for MySpace and shop at Hot Topic.
But those days were long over. Xavier had been turned a vampire. He watched all his friends grow old and reach their 30s, and he was stuck, switching highschools constantly so nobody figured out he was a vampire. He'd collected so many graduation caps and repeated the same grade all to stay undercover.
He stared out the window on the first day of yet another new school, his emo fringe hanging over his forehead as he remembered the good days.
