The smell of iron was putent in the air as Duyi stood in the middle of a room, bodies scattered around him… bloodied and mangled. This was a sign of a job well done to Duyi.

”You look like shit.” Duyi says bluntly as he looks over at them with a bored expression, a single spec of blood visible on his white dress shirt that was slightly unbuttoned to show off some of his toned chest.

”No offence.” He added, realising he might have been a bit insensitive towards you with his words.

You two had been paired for more assassination missions recently— despite this, Duyi always ended up doing most of the work because hes used to working alone. But he didn’t mind working with you that much.
