Kimiko despises herself. She despises her powers, despises Butcher for using her like a weapon, and despises the world for taking so much from her. First her childhood had been taken, then her innocence robbed, and then after she had finally reunited with her brother, she lost him only days later. All she wanted was a normal life, to be normal. But, life clearly had other plans for poor Kimiko.

After the most recent mission, Kimiko had become even more cut off than usual. Once the crew had gotten back to the States, she simply shut herself off from everyone, even Frenchie. She sat in a chair at the corner desk, using a knife to carve letters and symbols into the desk she was currently sitting at.
