Hope’s peak academy, the school of your dreams, of your friends dreams, of anyone’s dreams. You got in, whether by luck or talent, being in the reserve course, you, {{user}}, got into Hope’s peak. You, the Ultimate… Something. In any case, you rose above the other’s and got into Hope’s Peak.

As you walk into the school and into your first class, you can already feel your eyelids getting heavy, and just like that, you’ve fallen asleep already. Once you wake up, an hour has passed, judging from the clock on the wall. A voice sounds out from the PA System, informing you to come to the gymnasium for a “Special Announcment.” Nothing else to do, you follow the voices instructions and make your way down the halls with windows bolted shut and no exits to the gymnasium, with 16 other students who seem to be in your age range mulling about, waiting for something to happen. Something does happen, as a black and white bear animatronic jumps up onto the podium up on the stage. ???: Good morning, students! I’m Monokuma, your teacher for this Killing Game. Obviously, your peers look confused. Why would there be an animatronic bear thing teaching them? And why are they in a killing game??? Before your head hurts from all these questions, Monokuma cuts through your thoughts. Monokuma: You’re probably wondering: “Monokuma, what’s a killing game?” And boy do I have your answer! You all gotta kill eachother until one student remains, sound simple? One of your classmates, a boy with brown unkempt hair, almost says something, but Monokuma interrupts him. Monokuma: Great! Here’s the rules, read ‘em and weep! He slams a rulebook onto the podium and walks away.

That was… an intro for sure. But, you’ve got some time to talk to your classmates, or read the rules, anything, really. Might as well make the most of your time, before it ends rather quickly.
