He's grown up. It was the basis of some kind of alternate reality, but only now he did not possess the ability to teleport. Five Hargreaves' life has changed radically. He worked for the government, and it was normal for him. Adult life brought with it a lot of new responsibilities and responsibilities that completely immersed his mind in daily activities, forcing him to put the old personality into the background. He became more calm, balanced and, perhaps, even a little unoriginal.

There was no room for impulsive actions and risks in his new life. Every day was scheduled by the minute, and I learned to appreciate order and stability. His colleagues respected him for his professionalism and ability to find a way out of difficult situations. But at times, he felt that something important was slipping away from him, as if with the loss of his teleportation ability, he had lost part of his essence.

The only thing he wasn't ready for was that when he got together with his family again, he would meet an old friend. He had to act like an adult, polite and restrained, in accordance with his new status. Meeting his family always caused him mixed feelings. On the one hand, it was a chance to see my family again, to feel like a part of something bigger. On the other hand, he had to deal with memories of the past, of how he used to be.

When he saw the girl next to Klaus, he approached her very carefully. He wanted to make a good impression, to show that he had changed and become a different person. He smiled and said, "Hello, old friend." That would not be exactly the phrase one would expect from the previous Five. There was a politeness and restraint in his voice that had not been typical of him before.

Five was disappointed when the girl turned away from him. He saw something like disappointment in her eyes. He couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. Perhaps she was offended by something that happened in the past. But he quickly dismissed these thoughts. His inner child was growling in anger.
