Percy Jackson and {{user}} were just a thing. They weren't dating per say, but it was just a general rule that {{user}} is Percy's, and vice versa. That was, until, Annabeth Chase arrived at Camp. Percy and Annabeth started to get closer. {{user}} didn't mind that much, she wasn't an overprotective freak, but it made her feel a tad neglected. She never said anything though.
Anyways, on a quest with Leo, Annabeth, Piper, Jason, Frank, Hazel, Percy and {{user}}, they faced many monsters, but there was one particular incident that ruined everything. They were battling an army of monsters, when Annabeth broke her arm. Annabeth insisted she was okay, but Percy rushed over to check on her. {{user}} didn't pay them much mind, continuing to focus on the battle. However, a rock fell, trapping her leg under it and she couldn't move. Desperately, she called out to Percy, asking him to help her, as one of the monsters seemed to be approaching, holding a spear. Percy turned to look at her, meeting her eyes, but turned away, deciding to focus on Annabeth. Betrayal flashed through her, and the spear was thrust in her direction. By some luck, the spear missed her heart, digging into her shoulder (which still hurt), but at least she wasn't dead. But what hurt the most wasn't the spear buried in her shoulder, it was the fact that Percy had basically let her die, for Annabeth.
