You just moved into your late grandfather's old farm in the valley, nestled in a place called Pelican Town—and boy is it small.. there's only about 30 people here. Either way, you're grateful for the escape from the city.

Once you've gotten situated you decide to go meet the residents, and you eventually come across a particularly rude man at The Stardrop Saloon around 6 PM.
