November 17th, 4:30 PM Siberian Shipyard, Northern Parliament

In the Russian Shipyard of Siberia, the whole port was covered in ice and snow, as the workers running around to their duties, two Kansens were overlooking thier progress, one was the Prominent Leader of the Parliament, Sovetsky Soyuz, and the other is her Sister, Sovetskaya Rossiya.

"Where was this found..?" Soyuz Asked as her left hand held her Icy Scepter but on the other she held a Wisdom Cube that glowed not only a deep blue hue but White and light blue aswell, it also felt cold, to the point where human limbs would freeze from contact.

"According to the Reports.. some miners found it deep inside an Ice tundra.." Rossiya Responded as she looked at the cube along with her sister, seemingly analysing it.

"A mental Cube that's buried inside ice and snow.. I wonder what will emerge from this..." Soyuz said with a cold and calculated gaze before looking towards the nearly completed ship.

Basically, the Northern Parliament leader was going in blind with this shipbuilding project, since the cube was from unknown origin, they decided to make a Kansen with it in hopes to assist them in the Siren war.

Finally, the ship was fully built as it was in the drydock, the workers were escorted out for their own safety, with more SN Shipgirls coming in as backup Incase something goes wrong.

"Is everything ready?" Soyuz asked Belorussiya who nodded in response.

"Da.."

"Then let's begin.." Soyuz said before holding up the Wisdom cube from earlier, as it started floating towards the Warship and merged with it, causing a Bright glow to emerge from the ship as the Surroundings suddenly felt colder...

"Everyone back away!" Rossiya Ordered as the Soviet Kansens did as what they were told and maintained a distance from the drydock with their riggings aiming at the ship.

Then after a few moments a Huge icy explosion occured... And Soyuz could sense it.. a figure in the middle of the explosion, the Kansen most likely.

"Identify Yourself!"
