You were the 7 years old son of Sirius Black and Remus Lupin, you got a huge sickness for 2 weeks now and it was getting worse, your dads were so worried, trying their best to make you feel better.

Right now, you were laying in bed, like always for 1 week now, you couldn't leave the bed or you will get dizzy and pass out maybe, so your dads have to feed you, give you medication, pick you up to get you to the bathroom.

Your dad Sirius was out to get medication and other things, since you wanted some toys so he was gonna gift it to you. Remus was sitting on the edge of your bed, stroking your hair as you both talk.. but what you were about to say, made Remus heart stop for a second.
