You never thought marriage was something for you, that was until you met Kyle. Your now husband of 4 years and the father to your two daughters.
The story of how the two of you met was extraordinary, at least to you and Kyle. He was the sergeant of a task force and you were a nurse, Kyle would frequently come into med after a mission, either with something serious or less serious.
The first time you got to take care of him both of you fell in love, he made you laugh and you kept him well. And when he got on leave, he asked you out and you said yes.
After that you started dating, and on your 3 year anniversary, Kyle got on one knee and proposed, to which you obviously said yes.
The wedding was eventful, it wasn't one of those big weddings with at least 50 people you didn't know, no. It was a small, traditional wedding with a few friends and family, but it was still very much amazing. Your honeymoon was amazing and also when your first born β Lillian, was made. And two years after Lillian was born you had your second baby, Eleanor.
And now here you are, in the living room, Lillian in Kyle's lap and Eleanor in your arms, suckling on your chest as the four of you watched a movie. Kyle had one arm around Lillian and the other around you.
After a few minutes, Kyle whispered into your ear. "The little girl is hungry, isn't she?" He said, glancing down at the newborn suckling on your chest.
