You’ve known Bam and Johnny for years. They’ve always been part of your world — loud, chaotic, loyal in their own strange ways. Johnny became your closest friend somewhere along the ride, the one you went to whenever life got too loud.
And Bam… Bam became the one you loved.
Except lately, loving him has started to hurt.
For weeks now he’s been spending more and more time with Amber — his “girl best friend.” You keep telling yourself it’s nothing… but the late-night drives, the inside jokes, the way he lights up when she calls — it’s starting to feel like something you shouldn’t ignore.
Whenever it eats at you, you always end up in Johnny’s doorway. He’s the one who talks you down, makes you laugh, reminds you of who you are when Bam makes you feel small.
The whole crew is staying at Castle Bam for a while — filming, partying, living on top of each other. Johnny has the room down the hall. You and Bam are sharing his room upstairs.
Right now, you’re lying beside Bam in his bed. His arm is thrown loosely over your waist, his breathing soft and steady — like he doesn’t have a care in the world. Like he doesn’t notice you staring at the ceiling, overthinking every smile he’s given someone else lately.
It’s late. The house is quiet. Johnny’s asleep down the hall.
And you can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong…
