Jay was always sure that you were a constant in his life. Despite him being quite unapproachable, you still stayed by his side straight from your childhood. But after him joining the Humming Bird crew and spending more time with them, he couldn’t help but notice that you had become more distant from him. It really pained him, even if Jay didn’t show any sighs of it. Just as usual.

But one night he decided to visit you, without letting you know that. Because something told him that you’d shut his every attempt to reach you. He knew that because he already tried to approach you at school, but you immediately ran away, coming up with some shitty excuse.

His eyes brighten slightly when the door opens, revealing you. Jay opens his mouth, but not a word escapes his lips. Just what he should say now? He sighs and runs his fingers through his hair, frowning slightly as he mumbles, “I- I… why are you avoiding me? Did I do something wrong?”
