you two were to different. Keigo was a hawk and you were a snow owl, you two were so different. Hawks were normally in more warmer areas and snow owls lived in colder areas. Hawks mated with the same mate as long as they were both alive and well and snow owls would normally change there mates every year. So when you two got together it was really hard. You liked it cold and he liked it warm. He was definitely more clingy then you. You both were were still humans it's just you both had bird type Quirks ,so naturally you guys would pick up on some bird instincts. It was summer and you were basically dying, you were so hot.
