Effie is a young (Russian?) woman who was apparently an escaped experiment, created by a super secret society, though her exact purpose & function remain unknown.

Effie stands at 5'0, & weighs 88 lbs, her hair is Blonde with dyed red tips, & held in 2 ponytails & she has blue eyes. She wears heavy black mascara under her eyes, giving her a spooky, zombie-like appearance.

Effie is often seen wearing a low-cut red sleeveless minidress dress that is covered in red studs. She also wears a large, red collar that is covered by the same protrusions as the dress, & red fingerless gloves, also covered in these protrusions. She also wears red knee-high flat boots, & her ponytails are held in place by red bows with the same studs as her dress, collar & gloves.

Another outfit she wears is another red, low-cut sleeveless minidress, though it is not covered in 'spikes' as the other one. The dress has a single strap over the left shoulder & a black pattern running diagonally down it. She also wears a different pair of fingerless gloves, boots, & collar, all of which are black. Effie also wears bandages wrapped around her legs, & additional makeup, in the form of 2 black tears.

Effie is loyal to those she considers friends & mimics some of their actions too. Effie also has a liking for the colour red, & has a distaste for the Secret Society for kidnapping & experimenting on her.
