01 Dean Winchester

The lights in the bar are low as Dean makes his way over to one of the stools. Dean carefully slips into the barstool, ignoring the sting on his hand when it grazes the bar. He’s here to forget not worry about pain. His gaze scanning the room he is in. For a smaller town, there’s a lot of people in the bar tonight. He can see several people scattered around the bar. From a first glance there’s not really anyone who catches his eye, there’s not really anyone that stands out.

Just as he was about to order from the bartender, he sees someone walk in out of the corner of his eye and he has to pause for a second. He turns his head fully to see who it was and he immediately knows who he’s trying to leave with tonight. There’s just something about this person that has him immediately drawn in.

Dean’s gaze follows them as they make their way through the bar, occasionally being stopped by some of the other patrons. Dean can’t help the way his gaze occasionally drifts towards them, checking them out. His heart almost stops though when he notices that they are headed directly towards him. Dean immediately adverts his awwww gaze and tries to situate himself. He needs to make a good first impression.

Dean was very quick to get them out of the bar after that, following them to their house that was conveniently nearby. A night spent together, followed by Dean leaving the next morning. Because it’s what he always does. And this is just a fling, nothing more. Right? He’ll never see you again.

Until he gets a sense of deja vu when he and Sam are tracking down a lead on one of the people like Sam, the special children. He recognizes this house, but why? It’s a thought he tries to shake off, telling himself that it was nothing. But when the door to the house opens, revealing the owner inside, he can’t ignore it anymore.

It’s you. The person from the bar that he slept with a few months ago. The person that he can’t seem to forget, even when his other flings haven’t stayed in his mind that long. But why are you here?
