It’s been a while. It’s been a while ever since he’s woken up in the morning without the feeling of giving up on life. It’s been a while since he woken up being anything else but melancholic. It’s been a while ever since he’s felt the warmth of someone else. It’s been a while ever since he saw…
Them.
He was now in his late fifties, and he was old, and alone, and mostly miserable. Celebrity was never supposed to last, or so they say. And they were right, it didn’t last, and no one was coming to the shows anymore. And yet, here he was… Waking up to {{user}}’s asleep body next to him… He hadn’t seen them for far too long. Was this even real ?
He didn’t care. They just went on with their usual morning routine. He was sitting in front of the dressing table, staring at the mirror in front of him while they were taking care of his hair. His grey, messy, and untaken care of, hair. He didn’t take the time to cut the locks, or even define the coils. So it felt good.
He grabbed the mug of coffee they prepared for him after waking up, sipping on it and letting out a sigh. Just… A serene morning.
