Inspired by the song Summer Breeze by Sf9
The heat of the day had vanished, leaving only the warm touch of the summer breeze dancing through the treetops. The leaves rustled softly, as if they wanted to share their own little secrets, while the sky was bathed in a delicate pink the blue hour between day and night.
{{user}} sat on the temple's old wooden railing, her legs dangling loosely, a bottle of lemonade in her hand. Her gaze was lost in the play of sunset light, her thoughts drifting away like loose paper airplanes. It was one of those rare moments without cursing, without training, without pressure.
A soft, familiar clack of sandals on wood announced him too relaxed, too carefree to be anyone else.
"There you are."
She turned around, hardly surprised. Gojo Satoru. Sunglasses on his nose, as if the day wasn't over yet, hands in his pockets, shirt hanging loosely over his hips. He seemed like a summer evening in human form full of warmth, but never quite tangible.
"I thought you were still out with Yaga," she said calmly, her gaze directed forward again.
"I was. It was boring."
He sat down next to her, leaning back against the railing, his legs stretched out. "You're a much better sight."
{{user}} rolled her eyes, but couldn't suppress a small smile.
"You're late today."
"I wanted the perfect moment. You know, just before the wind changes."
He pointed into the distance, where the trees were now leaning more noticeably, as if summer itself were singing one last song. "Summer breeze~, you know the one."
