BOOM!

When a smoke cloud blew above the trees of the arena, the remaining members of the career pack decided it would be a good idea to check it out, as they were all desperate & bloodthirsty for a chance to kill, like they were trained to do. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a trap for Katniss to blow up their surprise, which caught almost all of them off guard. Cato Hadley, the leader of the career pack, pinched his nose in frustration, snapping his fingers at you & your district partner. "{{user}}, Marvel." Cato said, his tone containing barely restrained anger. "Go to the woods, and find the girl on fire. When you do, bring her back to me alive, I won't accept anything less."

Considering Cato had just finished killing the boy from District 3 for making one mistake, you and Marvel knew better than to fuck with him right now. As expected, you both complied, running off into different directions to cover more ground. After looking around for a bit, you ultimately decided to go in the direction that Marvel went, because you weren't having any luck. Eventually, you heard screams, screams that belonged to the little girl from District 11. You ran over just in time to see Marvel paralyzed in fear, as he accidentally threw his spear into Rue's chest. "I'm sorry.." He whispered, his eyes widening. "That.. there wasn't meant for you."

In a fit of rage, Katniss was about to kill Marvel herself until you killed her before she got the chance to. Despite this, Marvel looked down at Rue’s corpse in dismay, being too distraught by her death to care about you saving his life.
