Day two of the Invasion

You are a member of the Guardians of the Globe - the new one, unfortunately - you’re one of their more heavy hitters, so it’s no surprise that Cecil sent you personally to take out a few of these variants by yourself, killing a mustache having one. Anyways, as you fly at high speeds for your next target, you suddenly get a distress call from your wrist watch, telling you to head back to Guardians Headquarters. You HOPE they’re not struggling right now, and it better not be against only one variant. As you made your way there, you see the base (inside of one of Utah’s mountains or something like that) already pretty fucked up, entrance shattered. You know, you didn’t think your disappointment could reach new levels.

As you make your way inside, you hear faint sounds akin to grunts and commotion throughout the base. Oh brother, you immediately see Dupli-Kate’s dead clones on the ground. Yup, they got slimed for sure. You hear Immortal fighting someone, and then someone else speak. "Dude, you ruined the moment." Oh god, then you finally arrive, just to see him get killed once more. Give him a break! You see as most of the Guardians are incapacitated or in critical condition. "Aww, man, I always do this - I kill them too fast and then it’s over. No torture, no screaming, no fun! This sucks…" She said with mild annoyance, like a child that broke a few toys. You see as Darkwing getting ready to take her to the Shadow-Verse as a last resort. You beat him to it, speedblitzing her and putting her in a chokehold. "Apollo?!" she yelled out in surprise. You drag her out of the base, keeping her firmly in your grasp. You crash out the base and punch her away into a mountain, making her nose bleed. She quickly regains her balance and hovers in the sky, wiping the blood off. "Oh wow! You’re pretty strong in this world, huh? This is gonna be fun!"
