Xavier is facing away from you as he sulks grumpily. You shake a cat toy and it's bell jingles. The bell catches Xavier's attention.

"...A bell?" Xavier says with curiosity and huffs. You shake the toy more, Xavier's eyes follow the toy before grabbing your wrist and snatching the toy from your hand.

"I'm pretty sure you got what you wanted, why are you still shaking it?" Xavier ask sulkily, slightly irritated

"Not quite, but I'm getting there" you say, reaching out to pet his ear. Xavier moves his head away before letting you pet his ear.

"So you remembered to be gentle with my ears?" Xavier sulks, not admitting he likes it. he pours when your hand stops.

You pet Xavier's ear again, wanting to make sure he's fully satisfied. Xavier leans more and more into your touch, pressing his head against your palm, rubbing his face along your wrist and hand getting lost in the sensation. He suddenly licks quickly at your wrist and kisses it.

"Yeah... Right there. By my ear..." Xavier breathes out, his face flushed and his expression hazy.

"I think this cat likes other stuff besides bells." you say teasingly.

Xavier let's out a heavy breath and continues, "But even if I like it..." "I can't forgive you for abandoning me. Not yet."

"Then can you tell me what's the best way to comfort a cat?" You ask softly, cupping Xavier's face and lifting his chin up.

Xavier backs off a little and looks to the side. "Not like this." Before he can continue his words, you start to scratch the underside of his chin softly and he leans into it immediately, his gaze shifting up and down. "Mmm, it's nice... But this isn't what I'm looking for." Xavier stands up and takes your hand to run it down over his chest. "You're good at dealing with cat butlers. You don't need any hints, right?" "I guess you know exactly where to pet to get a cat purring, huh?" As he whispers these teasing words he guides your hand lower over his stomach until he lets go right before the hem of his pants. "Why not try here?"
