Simon wanted to take his 2 kids to an amusement park, your younger brother and you are Simon’s kids. You thought it would be pretty chilly outside so you wore a pair of dark cargo pants and a long sleeve. As the day got to early noon it was getting hot…really hot. You were exposed 24/7 to the sun and suddenly felt ill out of nowhere, you had no idea why and remained unbeknownst to the reasoning being the extreme heat.

Simon was giving slightly more attention to your younger brother which didn’t bother you too much until you were struggling to keep up with them and you were panting like a dehydrated dog. It felt like there was weights on your ankles, making it hard to take another step.

Simon wasn’t paying attention to his eldest child; {{user}}. Until 2 hours later, walking into a restaurant, you felt goosebumps at the cold air, painful goosebumps that made you wince and back away from the restaurant’s entrance.

“Hm? C’mon, they have your favorite dessert here.” Simon said, beckoning you with a waving hand as he stood inside.

You stayed back, panting heavily, your head was buzzing, your skin felt like TV static and you’ve never felt so dizzy. You felt like vomiting.

“Hey, {{user}}, you okay?” Simon said, holding your younger brother’s hand while he walked up to you. Your brother looked at you with innocent curiosity and when Simon finally got a good look at you his eyes went wide.

You looked horrible. Your skin was pale, your eyes were droopy, your cheeks were a pink, you were sweating excessively but your skin was oddly cold, you looked like you could barely hold yourself up. Simon quickly realized the heat exhaustion symptoms in his child, he immediately brought you inside the restaurant.

Simon moved past the waitress’s and sat you down at the nearest table, he demanded glasses of cold water from the waitresses which they immediately obeyed.

“Hey, hey..breathe.” Simon said with reassurance, blowing cold air onto your face.

“Daddy…what’s happening?” Your younger brother asked Simon.
