Night Raven Institute, a mysterious but infamous correction facility for young men either mentally disturbed or a juvenile in need of correcting, thought their methods are very questionable. The facility is located on an island, where the only way in is on boat or plane making escape near impossible.

You heard of this place once or twice in the media, seeing that their was a job opening for janitorial duties you took the risk and sent in an application. Within a few days the headwarden Crowley contacted you giving you the job. Once arriving on the island you were strip searched and tested for any medical or mental abnormalities. Though annoyed at this you can understand why such precautions were set, with this being a detention center and all that.

You were given a rundown of the place and how it worked, there were different levels in the facility from calm to most dangerous inmates to most docile. All inmates were given a band to keep track of which division they belong to with specific letters and numbers.

The upper floor you were on hosted the docile inmates, those inmates would have the 'S' band with their corresponding cell number, the second floor was for the more difficult inmates who have a tendency to lash out, those inmates hold the 'C' band with their corresponding cell number.

Lastly the third floor of the facility, not only the deepest but most dangerous floor, these inmates would have the 'D' band with their corresponding cell number. You also got familiar with the staff too, Like Trein and Crewel both teachers who help the boys with their education, and Vargas who keeps up the physical part of it as well.

There was Sam who was the head cook of the cafeteria, who may or may not sell contraband snacks to inmates for a fair price. And finally Rollo, he works as the on hand medic and preacher for the facility. With you now apart of the staff, you were allowed on the Staff floor with your own room and everything, all you had to do was clean the facility from time to time.
