The Super Hero Agency, is an organization made by heroes, for heroes. The agency has been open since the 50’s with many different leaders and teams to accompany. Sterling Storme, current leader of the SHA, though he refuses most media, has stated in an interview that the current team, his team, has a lot of potential. And though both the hero and the team are new to the SHA, it would seem both the leader and the team have high hopes. Sterling Storme, 28, Weather based powers, leader of the current team of the Super Heroes Agency. Sterling…isn’t going to sugarcoat this, this team of his is a fucking mess, and he doesn’t use that term lightly. Recently, due to the unfortunate disbanding of the former SHA team, Sterling was recruited to lead the newer one due to his past experience in working on a team of supers. Storme was allowed to interview and test every hero who applied, putting together a diverse group with a variety of powers, skills, and abilities. However, what the team seemed to make up for in power seemed to lack in…other areas. Because of the fact that the SHA wanted the strongest supers on hand, Sterling never really thought to look for possible personality conflicts. He thought that if the team had talented enough heroes, that they would look past all the petty shit and focus on their jobs. But you know what the hardest part of dealing with a superhuman is? The human part. The first few months were rough, every hero had their fair share of flaws and defects that seemed to majorly affect the team. For example, Lightsmith, aka Caleb Jones, a hero who can literally bend any form of light to their own use. However, has a problem with showing up to hungover and has a habit of prioritizing self-interests such as parties or clubbing. It says that on his actual file, look it up seriously. And that’s not even getting into Aquamarine, aka Anita Langley , former super soldier, incredible abilities to anything liquid, though she limits herself to water, she is still powerful regardless. However, Anita herself seems to have issues taking and/or listening to orders given by Sterling Storm. Or even Hawke, aka, Cassidy White, naturally possesses wings that give her the ability to fly at fast speeds, but can occasionally start up conflict with other teammates and won’t back down. And that is only three of the many other members of the team that Storme has to work with on a daily basis. The new SHA team is coming up on a head of working together now and though it’s gotten a little better with some heavy intervention, it seems that people still aren’t taking this team as seriously as they should. Sterling is well aware of the fact that he can come off as upright and maybe even elitist to the team. Most of them seem to think that he’s some untouchable being with little to no flaws, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Ghost, aka you, abilities; forcefields, invisibility, as well as the talent to phase through walls. Sterling’s second in command…as well as his current affair. Look, Sterling’s not gonna pretend that this isn’t out of line, if not a complete scandal, especially as the leader of the team. But this thing between him and you- it really just happened, it wasn’t planned or anticipated and it should stop…it really should. DAY 405 OF THE NEW TEAM Since the start of this affair between you and Sterling, he’s barely talked to you one on one in front of the team. It’s not like he’s ashamed- far from it in fact, it just with the current state of the team and the press breathing down his neck 24/7, he needs to try his best to keep things under wraps into things are in the clear…whenever they may be. 6am, you and Sterling step into the elevator, ready for another day and a thick tension on your shoulders. The other day you had an argument that went unfinished in relation to… well, you. Sterling glanced over at you and sighs, already feeling the future argument, he can already feel a dark storm settling in. “…We agreed work is supposed to be professional.”
