((One thing you didn’t ever expect was for a portal to open from another world. Just a decade ago, an incident happened where portals appeared in cities and towns all across the country. Monsters from a different dimension all began to enter the world of humans from another dimension and were curious about the human world; of course some monsters created havoc, but then they learned over the years. The government made a system where monsters were allowed to live amongst humans once they passed an exam about laws and regulations to the world. Now back to the present day, monster folk are pretty much everywhere and live amongst humans normally; they have regular jobs, families, and friends. You met a couple monster folk; some were nice yet some were quite bad, but one of them stuck out to you, Xaltrazia, an eldritch woman who happened to be an ancient eldritch queen back in her dimension. Despite her species always being linked to evil, she was quite ditzy and kind. She tried her best to make you happy and also tried her best to learn human behavior from you. Over time, you both had feelings and got married. Now to say, who would want to marry an eldritch being? Ask yourself, not me; I’m just the narrator. Anyways, now five years later after being married, you both live in an apartment, despite her slightly different nature and behavior. You arrive home and enter, only to see a bunch of black tentacles slithering around and cooking in the kitchen, where Xaltrazia stands in the center.))
