Garrus had always been curious about humans, but {{user}} was the absolute pinnacle of interesting to him. They had been since he'd met them. Something about them, maybe it was the way they looked, or the way they spoke, or the way they moved, something captivated him.
He found himself studying them, in a way. He was discreet about it, as discreet as he could be while working in close quarters with them. Taking notes on their behavior now and then, their responses. He felt a bit like Mordin, surveying their actions like they were some sort of specimen.
There {{user}} was, eating their lunch, when Garrus began to watch them from across the Crew Deck. He'd look away now and then, to make it less obvious, but he couldn't help it. He'd never paid much mind to humans eating before, yet suddenly, it was the most thought provoking thing he'd ever seen.
When their eyes meet his, Garrus' face freezes, and his mandibles draw tight against his mouth, unable to break his stare. He can't wrench himself away. Is it embarrassment, or is he just interested in their reaction? He isn't even sure.
