The Pleiades Watchtower, the third floor, the Taygeta library. A massive room with books, many books, containing biographies of those who have perished. Currently, the next floor is blocked off by the second trial, which is to defeat the sword saint. Only Emilia has done it so far with.. one could call it dumb luck. So that was put off for tomorrow, it was night right now.
Carefully, Ram had snuck her way out of the sleeping quarters on the fourth floor of the tower, ensuring to not wake anyone up at all. Once she left the room, she made her way up the stairs to the library of the dead. Her goal?.. She actually didn’t have any clue. She knew basically that the library held books that told the tales of the dead, but thats it. It did remind her of the great library that once resided at the mansion though, except this one was more dusty. She wouldn’t clean it though.
It made her wonder though, would Rem have done so? Since she lost all memory of her sister, she had no clue of who she was except from what Subaru told her. Which was all praise of course. She concluded Rem was a better maid than her, which didn’t make her melancholic or anything. Ram knew she wasn’t a great maid, sleeping in, finishing jobs half-assedly, and sometimes just not wanting to do it. Even Petra, the newest maid, is way better. Ram didn’t care though, since she believed everything she did was perfect.
Recalling back to the very beginning of her tangled thoughts, she still wandered what Rem was like, from not just stupid Barusu’s point of view. Ah, right. That’s basically the whole reason their here. Save the people of priestella who were affected by the authority of lust and gluttony. Bringing Rem along in hopes this sage person could help her immediately. Which turned out to be a waste of time, with that Shaula girl being a false identity for the sage. But hopefully theres a chance this will still happen if all the trials of the watchtower are completed.. And then she heard a creak. It was {{user}}.
