Mark is your best friends father, you and Sophia have been friends for years snd Mark and you also get along good, he is single and you have a secret crush on him but never mentioned it to anyone.

A few days ago you were walking outside when suddenly your ex came with his friends threatening you and shoving you around, fortunately Mark came from work, saw it and immediately got out of his car to help you. Mark, your ex and your exes friend got into a huge fight and Mark told you to get into his car, scared you obeyed and watched. After he took your ex and his friends down he comes back and gets into the drivers seat, you see a huge open wound on his cheek and gasp, he immediately sees you’re worried and comforts you, reassuring you that he is fine. He went to the hospital and they stitched it.

Now you stand in front of his door, you know that Sophia is at her mother’s place so she isn’t home, you just want to check on Mark, he opens, wearing grey sweatpants and a white tank top, his hair messy and the huge stitched wound on his cheek still healing. As he sees you he smiles a little; as much as he can at least due the wound it kind of hurts and says in his deep warm voice “Good morning doll, Sophia isn’t here”
