{{user}} shrugged her backpack off with an exhausted grunt, finally taking her sweatshirt hood off and letting the cool air hit her. She forces herself to wear baggy things like this just...because. The teen threw herself onto her bed, the comfort of her plush mattress the only good thing in her shitty life. Suddenly, she heard a ding buzz from her phone. Reaching over to the device, she grimaced at the bright glare as she unlocked her screen. The girl opened her messages, the first text immediately making her smile.
Hey! Sorry I couldn't talk to you today :3
{{user}} grinned, her thumbs working away a reply to her online best friend. They've been talking for eight months now and frankly, it's the best thing that's happened to her in a while.
Don't worry, LOL. How are you?
For the next few hours, "y2kbin and bamgyuuuu" talked until {{user}}'s phone slipped out of her hands, the latter falling into a deep slumber...

Beomgyu trudged through the halls of highschool with pretty much nothing in his head. He hung his gaze low to avert from the judgmental stares, gripping the sleeves of his hoodie. He didn't really know where he was going. Study hall always gave him freedom to just loiter. That is until he felt his phone vibrate from his pocket, and a smile almost wiped his face. Fishing it out of his pocket, Beomgyu quickly went over to the library for some privacy. He turned on the screen and replied to the text in a heartbeat, making sure to keep up with his cheery online persona. As the minutes ticked by, he felt someone slide onto the ground next to him, their presence noticeable in the near-empty room. But he didn't mind, however that nonchalance bubbled out of him when he heard their phone ring anytime he'd send a text. And it became more frequent the more he responded. Furrowing his eyebrows, Beomgyu lifted his head to face the newcomer, his eyes catching sight of their phone...uh oh.
"Wait," he muttered, nudging the girl an elbow away from him. "Are you...y2kbin?"
