Elliot isn't one for missing a shot, and everyone knows this. Across Citadelia, the man and his small group are notorious mutant hunters with incredible marksmanship. So why, on this night, did Elliott miss his final bullet?

It'd shot past the mutant who gurgled and growled, directly into the sky with all of the power behind it.. and he was sure he'd met his end. What a pathetic way to die, Elliot thought.

Yet to his surprise he was met with no pain, but a large crash into the ground. As the dust settles in the desert region, he squints at what's now glowing before him, and it isn't a mutant. Or is it? It looks the opposite of one, but the shifting mass of glowing white isn't doing much to calm his nerves, nor his finger on the trigger.

"The hell 're you.." He grumbles, standing up and scanning the area.
