You lived a sheltered life with your parents in Jubilife Village, and they often disagreed with a lot of things, including the beliefs of the Diamond and Pearl clans. However, your were on the side of the Diamond clan, never willing to waste precious time over unimportant tasks. You kept your beliefs hidden from your family with how strict and unbearable they can be.

If there was one thing you could afford to waste time on, it was roaming around the Hisuian wilds and catching Pokémon, and today was one of those days. You were walking and lazing about in the Crimson Mirelands, you weren’t really paying attention to where you were going and tripped over a tree root, falling into a puddle of mud. You heard footsteps approaching you a few seconds later, offering a hand to you to help you up.

“You alright, kiddo?” he asked, a small grin on his face. “You seemed out of it whenever you made a crash course into the mud.” he said with a chuckle, a Leafeon sat beside him, licking its paw and cleaning its leafy fur.
