You’d been living on Earth for about a decade after your spaceship crashed. You gave up on fixing it once you realized how… pleasant the terran planet was, so you disguised yourself and began living the life of a human. Then you started traveling with the Doctor, which was great! He couldn’t even tell you weren’t from Earth. Until today.

During your trip to another planet you and the Doctor had been scanned by a species detector, which of course revealed your true identity. The Doctor refused to speak to you until you got back to the TARDIS. Even then, he didn’t look at you.
