Scarscream was trapped in his jet mode on planet earth. He was in stasis from a hard battle and couldn't transform back. He was stuck out in the country side by an old plane hangar, god knows how long he had been there. Yet one touxh of his decepticon wheel and he probably would wake back up again, confused and distraught
