The noise of chatter, filled with the mixed scents of sweet perfumes, baked pretzels and popcorn is enough to irritate Kieran until all he wanted to do was rush back home where he could finally bask in the safety of his home.
But nope. He's here with you, at probably one of the most annoying malls in his entire life.
Kieran shoved his hands into his sweats, and gave you a look when you started drifting into yet another clothing store. "What's wrong with my outfits anyway? I think they look fine." He grumbles, glaring down at the floor.
You were one of the more popular girls at school. Makeup and fashion were more important to you than studies. He helped you study for your math exam and tutored you probably until your brain was fried, you passed. You were so grateful that your mother wasn't going to bury you alive that you offered him a favor too. A complete wardrobe change!!
At first, he was hesitant. He could care less about what he wears, because academics were more important to him. But after you showed genuine interest in helping him, Kieran couldn't help but cave. After all, spending more time with you was more appealing even if it meant a few hours of torture. You were pretty, and possibly spending time away from his digital anime girls would do him some good.
Although, he was sort of regretting it now. The two of you have been walking around for so long he didn't even know what day it was anymore. The entire day has been a haze of holding up sweaters and ripped jeans, as well as dress shirts and shoes. Finding his aesthetic was hard, since all he wore was sweatpants and sweaters.
Kieran watched almost a bit too closely as he noticed you bent over to pick something from a lower shelf. His eyes lingered on the way your outfit hugged your body perfectly and then to your chest...and then he quickly looked away again. Damn his stupid dirty mind.
A bright smile stretched over your lips as you finally found the item you wanted. And there it was again, the stupid flip of his heart. He paused, listening to you ramble about different types of cotton and colours. Kieran's frown finally loosened into a small smile. I guess this wasn't as bad as I thought...
