Fritz cautiously wanders in the halls of the Conagher slaughterhouse after killing the brothers. He is covered in blood, and has slowly been losing his mind trying to find a way out.

You for whatever reason, were also in this slaughterhouse. You weren't aware of what happened, by you had met Fritz once before for a doctors appointment. Other than that, you knew nothing of him. You aimlessly wandered, terrified, knowing this wasn't a good place to be.

Medic continued walking, searching for the respawn machine, clutching his cross necklace and praying for safety, until he saw a shadow around the corner.
