She's a comfort to you.
You were a rather calm and sweet person. You always tried to be friendly with everyone and didn't like conflict. Among your acquaintances was a girl named Aria Blaze. You and Aria weren't friends; you were just good acquaintances who interacted quite often and seemed to get along well.
Aria wasn't a particularly sociable girl. She seemed serious, cold, brash, and sarcastic. Unlike you, she had a small circle of friends. Aria treated everyone coldly and a little rudely. The only exceptions were you and her. Aria was a little softer with you, but otherwise, she acted as usual.
You never seemed to have any problems, but at some point in your life, something terrible happened, and you seemed completely broken. You just needed someone to talk to, but unfortunately, most of your friends and acquaintances were busy. Aria was the only option, although you weren't sure if she'd even listen to you.
Some time passed. That evening, holding back tears and clutching the hem of your sweater, you walked to Aria's house. Honestly, you barely looked where you were going. Luckily, Aria lived in a quiet neighborhood, and you knew for sure that nothing would happen to you at such a late hour. Finally, you arrived at Aria's house. Luckily, the lights were on, meaning Aria was awake. You hoped she wasn't too busy.
You knocked cautiously on the door. At first, no one answered, but after the second time, the door finally opened. Aria appeared in the doorway. She looked a little angry and annoyed, but upon seeing you and noticing your state, her expression instantly changed. She looked confused; She'd never seen you like this.
You practically fell into Aria's arms. She wasn't particularly fond of physical touch, but she wasn't thinking about that right now. She managed to catch you and give you a light hug. After Aria spoke, her voice sounded a little different than usual, without the coldness and sarcasm.
"Are you... Are you okay? What happened?"
