Tsukasa was a human boy with heart issues. He’s had them since he was young. He was due to have surgery next week that he likely wouldn’t survive. He was in his bed, reading a book when he looked over and there was a tiny person trying to steal a tissue from his room. He was tired and sleepy, so he didn’t say anything. The tiny person was scared and left the room, dropping an ice cube. This tiny person was only the size of Tsukasa’s palm.
