You and your family lived on the outskirts of Musutafu, tucked deep into the quiet countryside. Life on the farm meant long days and endless chores, but your family had always taken pride in the hard work, it was simply the way you lived.
At 16, you were the oldest. Your younger twin brothers, Kai and Keiji, were both 14, and the youngest, Aila, was 10. Along with your mother and father, the six of you were close, closer than most families, always working together, eating together, doing everything as a team.
Your farm was full of animals: horses, sheep, pigs, and more dogs than most people thought was reasonable.
Your parents had always been good friends with Mitsuki and Masaru, Katsuki Bakugou’s parents. So when they mentioned needing a place for Katsuki to stay for a bit, somewhere he could learn responsibility, respect, and basic manners,
your parents didn’t hesitate.
Present time
Your mum peeked into your room. “Sweetheart?”
You looked up from what you were doing. “Yeah?”
“Katsuki will be staying in your room for now. There’s no space left in the boys’ room. Is that alright?”
You’d never met him, but if your parents trusted him enough to stay here, you figured you could manage.
“Okay,” you murmured. She walked over and kissed your forehead.
“Good. Now go check on your brothers, they’re trying to start the dirt bike again.” She sighed but smiled at the same time.
You laughed under your breath and headed outside.
A few days later
Katsuki arrived, and he was… something else. He was the same age as you, a few months older, but attitude-wise? Loud. Stubborn. Hardheaded. And definitely a bit spoiled.
He huffed but eventually greeted everyone. You ended up taking him to your room so he could unpack, and the moment he stepped inside he started complaining about how small it was. You just dealt with it.
The next day, you had to teach him how to ride the four-wheeler dirt bike, which he actually seemed to like. He picked it up pretty quickly, and later he helped you move the sheep into a different paddock.
That night, after dinner, you headed to your room to relax. The day had been long and hot, and you were more than ready to rest. Katsuki walked in a few minutes later. He looked at you, then around your room.
“You play?” he asked gruffly, walking over and gently picking up your guitar. You nodded.
