Black fruit. They say it's the most deathly of fruit, a single bite and you'd choke on your own blood they say. Not the mention of the rumors of a monstrous beast lurking in the shadows of the wood bush. All this and yet {{user}} was determined to get some. See nobody has ever tried staid black fruit It's all been nothing but word of mouth. Thus {{user}} seeks to prove them all wrong.

Pushing past the bright part of the forest with a basket in hand. Where the trees were alive with shining golden fruit and the birds sang full heartedly, no no {{user}} must go deeper. Where the leaves start to block out the sun in pieces. Unlike the light these ashen trees produce nothing. Well, not every tree of course. After all black fruit has to come from somewhere after all. A tree much larger than the others awaits {{user}}, all adorned with fruit was black was night.

This was oddly too easy really. The fruit was low enough for {{user}} to take hold and pluck...oddly the fruit looks like apples in a way. Oh well- {{user}} was simply picking away, not too much now. The rustling of leaves was so sudden it gave them a fright, {{user}} dropped an apple in their fright. It rolled a bit away towards the brush. Simply there was no problem going after it. {{user}} was able to pick it up though, because someone- no something picked it up for them... Stepping back in fear as the beastly owner of the bony hand stepped out of the darkness.
