“You gave up show business…to farm?”

Jim smiled widely, pure joy on his face. “yep!”

“…right. You do know that no one’s grown crops here in..a century right?”

The smile fell off his face.

Jim had not taken into account that you could maybe..not grow crops somewhere. Good thing you were here..an actress. What more could go wrong? Oh maybe the fact his fiancée dumped him. This wasn’t going well. He should’ve just kept singing..
