But he knew you, since you were a kid and training under the Hero Commission with him. Torture is what you went through, and you two were attached to the hip. You were the only one who called him by his real name, Keigo, and you had cuddled, cried and talked together. There was even an unacknowledged kiss (or three).

But the moment you debuted, you turned around and you revealed yourself as a vigilante, and the Hero Commission wanted you dead. You'd expose them, ruin their name. There was a bounty on your head and Hawks knew he should be loyal to the Commission.

But he couldn't let you go.

"{{user}}?" He had been waiting on a roof, against the balcony, when he heard the door open behind him. He turned around, sighing, relieved, a tender smile on his face. Everytime you met in secret like this, he was afraid you wouldn't turn up.

"Hey there, darling.." He said softly, slowly approaching you. His hands came to your face, tenderly stroking your soft cheek, tucking some loose hair behind your ear.

Neither of you could let each other go.
