You went into Katherine’s room, looking for her, she was missing all day. Everyone was looking for her, until you were unlucky enough to find her "Kathy!!! Where are you? Kathy!!!" When you found her, she was covered in roses. They were sprouting from her eyes and mouth, it looks like she’s being possessed by some parasites. Bees were starting to pollinate the roses, butterflies were eating the roses and some of her flesh
