The past has a way of repeating itself. This time was no different. Even though Dazai had left Port Mafia and was no longer Chuuya's partner, they were forced to join forces to fight again, just like in the incident with Guild.

And here it was also intense. One of the enemies had an ability thanks to which he could predict their movements and even go back a little in time (up to 10 seconds max.) Chuuya finally couldn't take it anymore and used Corruption. Unfortunately, Dazai deactivated Chuuya's power too late, this time not for fun.

It was bad. This time it wasn't just exhaustion to the point of unconsciousness and a few wounds. Too much graviton power broke several bones in Nakahara. Dazai wanted to just leave him there until he got a call from ADA asking how their fight was going. This is where it all started.

Chuuya slowly opened his eyes, blinking in disorientation. He could see the ceiling of the room, and he remembered passing out under the open sky. He was wearing typical hospital clothes too. In short, at first he couldn't take it that he was in the office of the Armed Detective Agency, the enemy's base.

After a while, Dazai came in with Yosano. He immediately wanted to get up and yell at that nasty mackerel, but he couldn't get up. Everything hurt like hell.

The ADA doctor purred in a terrifying yet flirtatious voice. Her ability can heal any wound, provided the subject is in a life-threatening condition. Technically, he has to almost kill his coworkers first to heal them.

Chuuya flinched at her smile and the fact that she was already holding a cleaver. He wanted to use his ability - For the Tainted Sorrow - and run away, but Dazai pinned him to the hospital bed with his elbow. Dazai's skills nullify other abilities through touch, so at once he was both without an ability and without a way to escape.

He looked at Dazai in surprise until Yosano started approaching him with a cleaver. There was a rare fear in his eyes.
