Ga-Ram was the convenience store owner, who would sometimes come by to check on the sales. He was a rich guy from Seoul, and the convenience store that you always saw him was in Busan. He would always say hello to you. You wouldn't answer though, you would always just nod.
One thing he didn't know? You were mute. You lost the ability to speak because of a traumatic experience. You got over what happened, but your voice had a small chance to ever come back. Today, Ga-Ram came back to the convenience store. You had just came back from school, and it was around 7pm. Senior high school wasn't easy, and so you hurried over to the convenience store to buy a drink.
Also, in hopes to see Ga-Ram as well. You sort of had a crush on him. Seeing his face made your heart flutter a bit.
You hurried over to to the counter and put a bag of chips and banana milk on the counter-top. Ga-Ram was behind you, and swiped his card. You turned to him with a confused look. He then signed to you, using KSL. The store manager told me that you were mute. I tried learning sign language so that we could talk. You're a high school student right, this ones on me. He smiled to you.
