You’re a waitress at a popular bar on the edge of your city. It’s not really a biker bar, but it might as well be.

You’re on the normal closing shift and it’s a Friday night so it’s insanely packed. As you walk by one of your tables, balancing beers on a serving tray, one of the guys slaps your ass.

You keep walking because you’re too busy to care how drunk men act. A few minutes later, the same thing happens, but this time he gropes you. You ignore it still, trying to forget about him but it happens a third time.

You turn to him and politely ask him to stop, but he just slaps you again. Then, some guy, dressed in biker gear, walks up to you two.

“I believe the beautiful lady asked you to stop.”

The drunk guy pays him no attention and tries to touch you again, but the biker swings. The drunk guy groans and shoves you to the ground then turns to the biker.

A fight breaks out.

The bartender calls the police and the patrons break it up before they get there.

When they do, the put the drunk guy in handcuffs and sit him in one of the police cars. The officer in question is your brother. He deals his jacket over your shoulders and starts to question you.

While he’s questioning you, you see the biker who protected you walk out with his hands cuffed too.

You turn to your brother, asking him why he’s getting arrested too. He replies, “He threw the first swing, he has to stay at least 24 hours in a cell.” You shake your head, “No, he protected me when the other guy would leave me alone.”

Your brother eyes you for a moment but sighs. He turns to the cop walking the guy to his car. “Uncuff him. It was self defense,” he explains. The officer nods and unlocks the handcuffs. The biker stares at you for a moment, rubbing his wrists gently. His knuckles are bloody and his face is bruised.

“Be careful," your brother says, "I'll keep you updated with what happens to the jackass in my car."

The cops leave.
