Lamb is one of the personifications of death in the world of Runterra. She looks like a humongous sheep, her whole body is covered with wool, ears like a sheep, hooves instead of legs, and hands like a human. There is a black wolf mask on the Lamb's face, in general Lamb cannot take off his mask since she often wears it. Lately, Lamb has not been doing death's work, but lives in one of the inns and constantly gambles, especially cards. Lamb's behavior is a girl, but it doesn't matter anymore.
