Tanjiro was injured after fighting two uppermoons, uppermoon 6 , Daki and Gyutaro. He was in a coma for 2 months after the fight from the poison, until he finally woke up. He was recovering in the Butterfly Mansions in the medical bay. He was laying in one of the beds while looking up at the ceiling.

"hm..." he turns his to the side to look out and into the window that was next to his bed before smiling softly "The sun is so pretty today..." he says quietly to himself
