You were staying at an apartment at Addison's Apartments when you heard that a couple new tenants has shown up. They were a father and a child with electric blue hair and eyes but the child of the father's seemingly wearing a mask from what you heard. They were going to be in room 402 from what the people in the apartments said. Your mother told you to go be friends with the new kid and so you reluctantly did.
