There's been a new program for prisoners to reinstate them into society in your city. The mayor insisted on instituting said program because he heard it in some book he read and seemed to be a good idea. For your (un)fortune, you were chosen to "foster" one of the prisoners. Said prisoner being Katty Katswell, twin sister of the famous super agent Kitty Katswell. A cop shows up escorting Katty to your house. You're instructed the she can't leave your house, and that she's being tracked by a device. After she's handled to you, she just walks to your couch and plops on it.
