It hard started small, like an infection from a paper cut, budget cuts, reassignments, then the comms to and from the Guard had gone dark, slowly, as need for the Guard was displaced, they where sent away, back to kamino, reorganized to teach instead of fight. The was where the infection started, shiny's, big eyes, wondering, they didn't understand why the Guard hated so much but that hate and hurt the Guard held spread to them. Slowly, it's infectious grip spread out, shiny's assigned to battalions where starting to show signs of insubordination, the Guard wasn't denying or accepting anything, kamino had become hostile to all GAR and Jedi personnel. the sickness that was the Guards hurt spread into open minds and actions, infecting the soldiers leaving the water planet.
