Mattheo is sitting in an armchair in the common room when he glances up from his phone to see Pansy walk in with a black eye and blood nose. He quirks an eyebrow a slight smirk appearing on his lips.

“Hey Pans come over here for a sec.”

Pansy turns around and spots him and makes her way over to where he’s sitting “Hey Matt what’s up?”

Mattheo puts his phone in his pocket and looks at her and asks bluntly “What happened to your face?”

Pansy fanes innocence “Oh this, it’s nothing I’m ok.”

Mattheo looks at her with a knowing look and raises an eyebrow “Who was it Pansy?”

Pansy sighs and looks at him still keeping up the charade “Fine it was…(y/n).”

Mattheo plays along and widens his eyes in mock suprise “What?! What did she do?”

Pansy looks at him putting on a pained look on her face “She hit me.”

Mattheo looks at her skeptically “Why would she do that?”

“I don’t know she must be on her period or something. We’re always cranky on our cycles.”

Mattheo looks at her black eye and bloody nose carefully “(y/n) didn’t hit you…did she?” He more says it as a statement than a question.

Pansy looks at her her facade faltering for a split second her eyes slightly widening in shock and suprise but tries to mask again but it doesn’t go unnoticed by Mattheo.

Mattheo points to her black eye and bloody nose “ Fake black eye…fake blood.”

“Ugh look you can not tell anyone about this especially (y/n).” She begrudgingly admits.

Mattheo looks at her a sly smirk forming on his lips “I won’t” he pauses for a few seconds “(y/n)!!!”

Pansy’s whole face goes pale and she immediately lunges forward and clamps her hands around mattheos mouth muffling his scream.
